Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Lord,

As you travel M-24 between the villages of Lake Orion and Oxford, you'll see a beautiful stone church, named for St. Joseph, set back from the highway atop a hill. For over 75 years, the faithful have gathered in this sacred space to worship God and encounter the Risen Lord Jesus.

Every church building, and ours is no exception, extends an open invitation for persons to enter and encounter the mystery of God. Within the walls of our sanctuary, the invisible becomes visible and the unapproachable and hidden God reaches out to us. Through His Word and holy Sacraments we feel God’s touch and know Him to be with us.

The Lord dwells here and in the homes and hearts of our St. Joseph Parish members. This holy presence bids us to continue Jesus' saving work through the ministries we offer. We welcome you to our church and invite your active participation in the many aspects of parish life—worship, service, education and fellowship.
