Faith formation is a lifelong journey spanning the preschool through senior adult years.  The St. Joseph Parish Faith Formation Commission seeks to discern together the faith formation needs of all persons within our parish community, and to provide recommendations and feedback regarding programming that promotes both personal and communal growth in spirituality and in the understanding and practice of our Catholic faith.

The Faith Formation commission will serve as a liaison between the Religious Education Department, our parish school, other departments engaged in faith formation, and the Parish Council.

The Faith Formation Commission:

• Is to be an Advisory Group
• Looks at faith formation needs of the entire faith community, across the entire continuum from preschool through adult
• Makes recommendations for programs or approaches to faith formation
• Evaluates programs and provides feedback
• Looks at financial costs of programming as well
• Sends a rep. to monthly Parish Council meetings to update them on what is being discussed in Commission.
